1. General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the okay platform and all related services. By accessing services through the okay website, mobile app, or any other channel, you are considered to have accepted these Terms.

Alongside these Terms, okay's Privacy Policy and other operational guidelines also form part of the overall agreement. These documents complement one another.

okay reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. You will be asked to accept the updated Terms upon your first login after any changes. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you may proceed to close your account.

2. Account Registration

To open an account with okay, you must provide accurate and complete information in the registration form. Accounts created with false or incomplete information may be cancelled at any time.

2.1 Registration Requirements

• Each user may open only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• An account is strictly personal — it may not be used on behalf of another person or shared with anyone else.
• The name, date of birth, and mobile number provided at registration must be accurate.
• If multiple members of the same household use separate accounts from the same device or network, this must be reported to the okay support team in advance.
• If any information provided at registration changes, the okay support team must be notified promptly.

2.2 Password and Security

It is the user's responsibility to keep their account password confidential. Passwords should not be shared with anyone. If you suspect any unauthorised access to your account, you must notify the okay support team immediately. okay will not be held responsible for fraudulent use unless the user reported it in time.

3. Age Verification and Identity

All okay services are for persons aged 21 or above only. Opening or managing an account on behalf of a minor is strictly prohibited.

3.1 KYC Verification Process

As part of account verification (KYC), okay may request the following documents:

• A clear photo of your national ID card (NID) or passport
• A bank statement or proof of mobile banking transactions
• A recent selfie or video verification if required

Large withdrawals cannot be processed before verification is complete. The okay team is always ready to assist with the verification process.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

Deposits and withdrawals on okay can be made using mobile banking and bank transfer methods available in Bangladesh. 5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳5,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 20 times the bonus amount. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,000 bonus, making the balance ৳2,000, and ৳1,000 × 20 = ৳20,000 must be wagered before withdrawal.

5.2 Other Promotions

5.3 General Bonus Rules

• While one bonus is active, another cannot be added at the same time unless specifically permitted.
• okay may set a maximum single bet limit when using bonus funds.
• okay reserves the right to cancel a bonus if suspicious or unusual betting patterns are detected.
• Misuse of bonus offers (such as using multiple accounts to gain an advantage) is strictly prohibited.

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

For betting on slots, live casino, sports betting, and other games on okay, the rules specific to each game or section apply. General rules are outlined below.

6.1 Fairness and Technical Errors

All games are operated through verified and secure technology. If a game or bet is not completed due to a technical error, the stake for that bet will be refunded. Any attempt to exploit a technical error for gain may result in the account being suspended temporarily or permanently.

6.2 Special Rules for Sports Betting

• Some markets may close or change after a match has started.
• The official announcement by the relevant sports body (such as BPL or ICC) is final for determining results.
• If a match is abandoned or postponed, okay's own policy will apply to the bets placed on that match.
• In a multi-bet, if one selection loses, the entire stake is lost.

6.3 Live Casino Rules

Live casino games are streamed directly from professional studios including Evolution, Pragmatic Play Live, and Ezugi. The rules for each round of these games are visible on the game screen. If a connection is lost, the result of the live round will be determined based on data saved on the server.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the okay platform and may result in immediate account closure and, where applicable, forfeiture of the account balance:

8. Account Suspension and Closure

okay may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• Upon detection of a breach of the Terms
• If documents requested for verification are not provided within the specified time
• Extended account inactivity (more than 12 months)
• For legal or regulatory reasons

8.2 Closure by the User

If you wish to close your account, contact the okay support team. Please withdraw any remaining balance before closing the account. If you wish to open a new account after closure, you will need to go through the registration process again.

8.3 Inactive Account Policy

If there are no transactions or logins for more than 12 months, the account will be marked as inactive. In this case, okay will send a notification to the registered email address or mobile number.

9. Responsible Gaming

okay believes that betting for entertainment is only enjoyable when kept under control. Reading okay's Responsible Gaming guidelines will provide advice on keeping yourself safe.

• Users can set their own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• For a temporary break, you can request to suspend your account for anywhere from 1 day to 6 months.

11. Limitation of Liability

okay works to ensure safe and uninterrupted operation of its platform; however, okay's liability will be limited in the following circumstances:

• Losses caused by loss of internet connection or issues with the user's device
• Server errors or delays on the part of third-party game providers
• Account information being compromised due to the user's own negligence
• Unforeseen natural disasters or other circumstances beyond okay's control
